1. Storage ambient temperature

The storage temperature of the label should not be too low. When the self-adhesive material is placed outdoors or in a cold environment, it is easy to cause the material, especially the glue part, to be frostbitten. If not properly restored, the tackiness and processability of the sticker will be lost or lost.

2. Processing environment temperature

The processing environment temperature is very important for the smooth processing of materials. If the temperature is too low and the viscosity of the material is lowered, poor printing, die-cutting marks, and striped flying marks and falling marks may occur during processing, which may affect the smooth processing of the material.

3. Labeling ambient temperature

The labeling ambient temperature should meet the product requirements. First of all, you need to introduce the concept: the minimum labeling temperature of the self-adhesive product refers to the minimum ambient temperature at which the labeling operation can be performed. The temperature range of the self-adhesive product is the range of ambient temperatures that can be applied after the label is tacky on the surface of the sticker (usually 24 degrees). After normal labeling under the conditions of labeling temperature requirements, the product with the self-adhesive label can be used within the operating temperature range. Any self-adhesive material has an associated labeling temperature below which the adhesive viscosity of the self-adhesive is limited, which may result in problems such as poor labeling and lifting.
